Dunlop Art Gallery Welcomes New Director & Curator

Regina Public Library (RPL) is pleased to announce that Jennifer Matotek has been hired as the new Director & Curator of the Dunlop Art Gallery (DAG), effective Monday, June 10, 2013.

Jennifer comes to the DAG from the TIFF Bell Lightbox, Toronto International Film Festival, where she is currently the Senior Coordinator, Exhibitions. Previously Assistant Curator at the Power Plant, Jennifer has worked at the Art Gallery of Hamilton, Oakville Galleries and the Art Gallery of York University; she recently served as the President of the Board of Directors for Mercer Union: A Centre for Contemporary Art.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), Art and Art History from the University of Toronto; Diploma, Fine Art from Sheridan College; Master of Arts, Art History from York University; Diploma, Curatorial Studies in Visual Culture from York University; and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, York University.

We are very excited to have Jennifer join RPL and the Dunlop Art Gallery.
