Regina Public Library invites members of the news media to attend two public information sessions on the results of recent research that will influence future services at RPL.

To continue to meet the needs of customers, RPL has conducted extensive research with staff and the public. The results of this research will ensure that RPL offers programming and services that respond to the needs of the community. RPL will plan the evolution of its services based on the priorities identified in this study.

RPL will share the results of the research, as well as the methodologies used to gather and analyze data, at two public sessions, which will include a summary of the staff and public engagement activities, a review of the library service priorities identifies by the public, customers, and staff, and a discussion of how this research will being incorporated into service planning at RPL.

The presentation and discussion will be conducted by Julie McKenna, Deputy Library Director. Refreshments will be served.
